Out of the ashes of a punk band come Tribal Riot, an electronica duo from Leicester who fuse elements of electro, metal, house and indie over broken beats. With a dynamic live show and fiery DJ sets, Tribal Riot have arrived. Tribal Riot's set-up is basically Rob, on vocals and drum pad/sampler and Scott on laptop, synths and production. They've been together for about 10 months now and are in the process of recording the rest of their album.
They've been gigging since October 2010 and have supported The Scratch Perverts and Mystery Jets, and have been introduced on BBC midlands radio show 'The Beat'. Tribal Riot have
a remix release coming out later this year (2011) and are currently gigging around
London and Leicester, including a support slot with Nick
Grimshaw. What artsIn said about them: "It's all about infectious beats and compelling sounds". Make friends with them on FaceBook
