THREE CITIES create and connect

The Three Cities Festival connections Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. It is run by a partnership including the local councils, the East Midlands Development Agency and the Arts Council.

It celebrates arts activities, festivals and cultural quarters in the three cities. It also aims to boost development with new activity and collaboration.

Later this year, internationally renowned artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer will create a series of unique and stunning high-tech, interactive street installations in Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.

The installations will feature intriguing and stunning interactive video images, amazing lighting effects and technological wizardry for the public.
