Dates and lineups for band nights
The Pavilion Venue is situated in the grounds of Victoria Park in Leicester, not far from the De Montfort Hall.
Since it changed hands, the new management have worked hard to make it into a live music venue. What was once the cafe for the Park is now a thriving venue with a bar and a menu of tasty meals and snacks. There is also a pool table and a large patio area with tables, chairs and parasols. Plus wide screen TV. Bands and artists love the Pavo's relaxed atmosphere and audiences tend to come and stay for the whole night.
Great for cheap beer and crunchy chips. The only place in Leicester where you can get an ice cream whilst watching a band!
Since it was taken over earlier this year, the new management have installed a stage, lighting and have refurbished the main room to give a more attractive ambience.
Weekly shows at the Pavilion
Wednesday Nights - Acoustics
Starting on Wednesday 28th May, the Pavilion will be hosting a weekly night for singers and solo artists. The series of nights will take fhe form of a competition to find the best acoustic act and the overall winner will receive a prize.

Shows will start at 8 p.m. and entry is free. Microphones and amplification for guitars are provided. Artists are urged to bring their own leads if they wish to amp their guitars into the PA. Feedback from the bands that played at the Pavo
I'm Chris, the Gopher who was with Project Notion at the Pavilion on Saturday evening. I must say a big thank you for the great sound that you created. The levels were top drawer.
Over the past week or so we have played The Shed, The Musician, Venture House (Melton) Hard Drive Festival and the Pavilion. None of the other venues can compete with the sound at the Pavilion on Sat night. Many of them have some very expensive kit too.
If your band played at the Pavo, send us some feedback |
